The monthly fee is a flat amount for the slab your centre is in. An active admission is a patient currently admitted. Grow into the next slab and the fee steps up once; shrink back and it steps down. All amounts are plus GST.

What is an active admission?: A patient who is currently admitted to the centre. Discharged patients and OPD-only patients do not count towards the slab, however long their records are kept.
What is an active user?: A staff login that can sign in. Deactivated staff do not count, so a centre can rotate people without buying seats.
What does the one-time fee cover?: Setting up your centre on Bedrock, configuring wards, tariffs and roles, and the licence to use the edition. The monthly fee covers hosting, backups and support.
Is GST included?: No. Every price on this page is exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on top.
Can we start on Essentials and move up?: Yes. Premium and Plus run on the same record, so the switch keeps every patient, admission and bill in place. You pay the difference in the one-time fee.
